IIS is an independent organisation which provides investigations, training and consultancy in a wide range of subjects, including criminal, anti-corruption, child & adult protection, workplace safeguarding, violence against women and girls, sexual harassment, bullying & harassment and workplace grievances.
We are based in England, but able to practice our services worldwide.
Our Associates
IIS has a team of associates with expert knowledge within the areas of criminal investigation, child & adult protection, workplace safeguarding, anti-corruption, counter terrorism and workplace grievances. The associates undertake bespoke interventions & investigations, provide consultancy to practitioners, assist organisations in their strategic plans for insider threat & corruption and child and adult protection, and deliver bespoke training courses to meet your organisational needs. They will also conduct reviews of previous investigations, current policies and working practices, and provide expert feedback.
Our Services
Investigation
IIS associates will conduct sensitive, discreet and bespoke internal investigations, advise practitioners in respect of investigations, review previous investigations, and act as intermediary with law enforcement if required. All investigations and reviews will be subject to the exacting standards required by relevant legal processes, be it criminal or civil.
Consultancy
IIS provides consultancy for organisations and individual practitioners as well as developing strategic approaches and policies in respect of criminal investigation, safeguarding, anti-corruption, insider threat, whistleblowing and workplace grievances.
Training
IIS understands the importance of training to provide your employees with the right skills and knowledge, improving their effectiveness when working within the complexity of investigations, interviews and case preparation in areas such as safeguarding, anti-corruption, and workplace grievances. All training is bespoke and designed specifically for the needs of your organisation.
